水浴温度对膨胀石墨膨胀容积和微观结构的影响

摘  要:膨胀石墨被广泛用作密封材料、吸附材料,在超级电容器、环境保护和军事领域等方面也有着重要的应用。文章以鳞片石墨4 g,H_3PO_4 9.6 mL,HClO_4 16 mL,KMnO_4 0.6 g的配比在不同水浴温度下制备石墨层间化合物(GICs),经微波膨化得到蠕虫状膨胀石墨(EG),其膨胀容积最高可达152.35 mg/L。对膨胀石墨的膨胀容积和微观结构进行了表征,探讨水浴温度对膨胀石墨膨胀容积和微观结构的影响。Expanded graphite is widely used as sealing material and adsorption material,and also has important applications in supercapacitor,environmental protection and military f ields.In this paper,graphite intercalation compounds(GICs)were prepared at different water bath temperatures by using the proportion of flake graphite 4 g,H3PO49.6 mL,HClO416 mL and KMnO40.6 g.Wormlike expanded graphite(EG)was obtained by microwave expansion of GICs,and the maximum expansion volume was 152.35 mg/L.The expansion volume and microstructure of expanded graphite were characterized,and the effect of water bath temperature on the expansion volume and microstructure of expanded graphite was discussed.
