摘　　要：在PVC树脂各项质量指标中,杂质粒子数对树脂质量影响严重。文章通过PFMEA分析杂质超标的原因,采取精细化过程控制,达到降低杂质粒子数、提高树脂质量的目的。In all the quality indexes of PVC Resin,the number of impurity particles has a serious influence on the resin.In this paper,the reasons of impurity exceeding the standard are analyzed by Pfmea,and the control of ref inement process is adopted to reduce the number of impurity particles and improve the quality of the resin.
