摘  要:受国际油价影响,中国炼油市场柴汽比下降、环保法规日趋严格,柴油产品价格持续走低,柴油市场需求减少,汽油和石脑油产品需求增加。经过计算发现增产石脑油产量有利于带动公司效益。文章通过分析可行性、影响因素最终确定调整手段,更换催化剂、掺炼柴油和催化裂化柴油等手段,分析增产石脑油方案。从结果显示来看,不同方案增产石脑油各有利弊,应该采取多方案结合的方法,其中提高柴油回炼和提高石脑油干点相结合的方法效果最好,其次反应温度和降低空速则相对较差,掺炼催化裂化柴油效果略显不好,提高反应压力的影响却不大。Affected by the international oil price,the ratio of f irewood and gasoline in China’s oil ref ining market decreases,the environmental regulations are increasingly strict,the price of diesel products continues to fall,the demand for diesel market decreases,but the demand for gasoline and naphtha products increases.After calculation,it is found that increasing the production of naphtha is conducive to driving the benef its of the company.This paper analyzes the feasibility of feasibility and influencing factors,replacing catalyst,mixed diesel fuel and catalytic cracking diesel.According to the results,the production of naphtha in different schemes is advantageous,and the method of combining multiple schemes should be adopted,which improves the eff iciency of diesel ref ining and improving naphtha dry point The fruit is best,then the reaction temperature and reducing the air speed are relatively poor,the effect of mixing catalytic cracking diesel is slightly not good,but the impact of improving the reaction pressure is not big.
