摘 要:对合成高纯锶盐的原料八水氢氧化锶进行了精制实验研究,对其中所含特定杂质元素Fe^( 2+)、Cr^(3+)、Cu^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)进行了有效去除,实验精制氢氧化锶纯度为99.79%,各离子质量分数均低于2×10^(-6),满足氟化锶、氯化锶等高纯锶盐合成时对原料纯度及杂质离子质量分数小于5×10^(-6)的要求。适宜的单因素实验条件为:原料浓度1.0 mol/L,温度95℃,硫离子沉淀剂的加入量是溶液中特定杂质离子总物质量的3倍,硫化沉淀反应时间1.0 h,双氧水加入量2.0 mL,氧化反应时间1.0 h,搅拌速率为300 r/min。The purification experiment of strontium hydroxide octahydrate was carried out,which is the raw material for the synthesis of high-purity strontium salt,The specific impurity elements Fe^( 2+)、Cr^(3+)、Cu^(2+)、Mn^(2+) and Pb^(2+)contained were effectively removed.The purity of the experimental refined strontium hydroxide was 99.79%.,The mass fraction of each ion is less than 2×10^(-6),which meets the requirements for the purity of raw materials and the mass fraction of impurity ions to be less than 5×10^(-6) during the synthesis of high-purity strontium salts such as strontium fluoride and strontium chloride.The suitable single-factor experiment conditions are:the raw material concentration is 1.0 mol/L,the temperature is 95℃,the amount of sulfide ion precipitation agent is 3 times the total amount of specific impurity ions in the solution,the vulcanization precipitation reaction time is 1.0 h,and the amount of hydrogen peroxide added.2.0 mL,the oxidation reaction time is 1.0 h,and the stirring rate is 300 r/min.
