摘 要:以温州肯恩大学学习与活动中心项目为研究对象,指出了大截面型钢混凝土梁施工过程中存在的若干问题,并给出了相应的施工对策。采用基于物联网技术的无线传感设备,建立了大截面型钢混凝土梁的智能施工监控系统。通过无线传感设备,能够实时获取上部结构施工时大截面型钢混凝土梁的应变和位移信息,监控数据分析表明:结构下挠处于安全状态,应变数据变化与施工时结构应变的变化趋势一致。Taking the learning and activity center project of Wenzhou-Kean University as the research object,this paper points out some problems existing in the construction process of large section steel reinforced concrete beams,and puts forward some corresponding construction countermeasures.The intelligent construction monitoring system of large section steel reinforced concrete beam is established by using wireless sensor equipment based on Internet of things technology.Through the wireless sensor equipment,the strain and displacement information of the large section steel reinforced concrete beam during the superstructure construction can be obtained in real time.The monitoring data analysis shows that the structure deflection is in a safe state,and the variation trend of the strain data is consistent with that of the structure strain during the construction.
