摘  要:为保证钢桥在整体移运复位施工过程中的结构安全,在深入分析施工工艺和顺序的基础上,采用Midas软件建立了钢桥整体力学模型,对钢桥整体移运复位的全过程进行了逐步跟踪模拟计算分析。对关键构件应力和结构变形实施了施工监测,将实测值与理论值进行了对比分析,并采用拟合方法对实测值进行了处理。分析结果表明:现场监测和数值仿真模拟有效地验证了该施工方法的正确性和施工顺序的可靠性,采用的拟合方法可以有效保留原始数据的主要特征,数据压缩率和拟合精度较高,可为类似工程应用提供依据。In order to ensure the structural safety of the steel bridge in the construction process of integral transportation and restoration, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the construction technology and sequence, the overall mechanical model of the steel bridge is established by Midas software, and the whole process of integral transportation and restoration of the steel bridge is gradually tracked and simulated. The stress of key components and structural deformation are monitored during construction. The measured value is compared with the theoretical value, and the fitting method is used to deal with the measured values. The analysis results show that the correctness of the construction method and the reliability of the construction sequence are effectively verified by field monitoring and numerical simulation. The fitting method can effectively retain the main characteristics of the original data, and the data compression rate and fitting accuracy are high, which can provide a basis for similar engineering applications.
