步履式拔桩机双套筒拔桩施工技术研究

摘　　要：宁波市轨道交通3号线二期土建工程TJ3216标段骆驼北站施工过程中需对原废弃桩进行拔除。针对传统工艺存在对周边环境影响大,旧桩易拔断等缺点,将步履式桩架改装为步履式拔桩机,采用双套管一次清障的同时对套筒容器进行了改装,便于回灌填料。工程实践证明,该工艺清除成效好,使用可靠。During the construction of Luotuo North Station in Bid TJ3216 of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 3 phase II civil engi neeri ng,the original aba ndoned piles need to be removed.In view of the disadvantages of traditional techno logy,such as great impact on the surrounding environment,old piles are easy to be pulled out and broken,etc.,the walking type pile frame is refitted in to walking type pile extractor,and the sleeve contai ner is refitted while the double sleeve is used for one-time clearing,so as to facilitate the reinjection of filler.Engineering practice has proved that the process is effective and reliable.
