摘 要:在极复杂地质条件下半煤巷的综掘过程中,巷道布置、支护设计时必须以矿区地层、地质构造、煤层及煤层顶底板性质等地质资料为基础,综合考虑巷道构造情况、掘进方法、回采工艺、现场生产的需要、生产系统的便利与可靠性和施工因素等内容,合理选择巷道位置、支护方式,这对指导矿井的安全高效掘进生产具有重要意义。能适应全矿“一矿一面”总体目标,确保采掘接替正常,从而实现建成安全、高效矿井的要求,实现减员增效的目标,满足巷道治灾需求,提高巷道成形,为沿空护巷创造条件。In the process of fully mechanized excavation of semi coal roadway under extremely complex geological conditions,the roadway layout and support design must be based on the geological data of mining area stratum,geological structure,coal seam and roof and floor properties,and comprehensively consider the roadway structure,excavation method,mining technology,on-site production needs,convenient and reliable production system and construction factors,Reasonable selection of roadway location and support mode is of great significance to guide the safe and efficient excavation production of the mine.It can adapt to the overall goal of"one mine,one side"of the whole mine,ensure the normal replacement of mining,so as to achieve the requirements of safe and efficient mine,achieve the goal of reducing staff and increasing efficiency,meet the needs of roadway disaster control,improve roadway formation,and create conditions for gob side entry protection.
