摘　　要：当外界气温骤降时,因没有及时更换防冻玻璃水而导致其冻住失效的情况屡屡发生,给车主带来了困扰、不便,甚至是经济损失。本文介绍了一种汽车玻璃水智能防冻与排出装置,包括温度传感器、超声波距离传感器、蜂鸣器、玻璃水排出管路以及控制的单片机。该装置通过对外界温度进行判别,在车主所用玻璃水凝点以上5℃时,即蜂鸣提醒车主更换防冻玻璃水,同时单片机控制电机排出有玻璃水,在超声波模块检测玻璃水排尽后,电机停止工作。该装置可实现玻璃水防冻预警并及时排出,解决了寒冷环境下未及时更换防冻玻璃水而引起的行车安全与经济损失问题,提高了驾驶舒适度,具有积极意义。When the outside air temperature drops suddenly,the freezing failure often occurs because the antifreeze glass water is not replaced in time,which brings troubles,inconvenience and even economic losses to the car owners.This paper introduces an intelligent anti-freezing and discharging device for automobile glass water,which includes a temperature sensor,an ultrasonic distance sensor,a buzzer,a glass water discharging pipeline and a single chip microcomputer for control.According to the device,the external temperature is judged,and when the freezing point of the glass used by the vehicle owner is above 5℃,the vehicle owner is reminded to replace the antifreeze glass water by beeping;meanwhile,the single chip controls the motor to discharge the existing glass water,and the motor stops working after the ultrasonic module detects that the glass water is exhausted.The device can realize anti-freezing warning of glass water and discharge it in time,which solves the problems of driving safety and economic loss caused by not replacing anti-freezing glass water in time in cold environment,improves driving comfort and has positive significance.
