浅谈打造科技创新公共管理体系的措施

摘　　要：打造良好的公共管理体系对我国的科技创新事业有着重要的作用。科技创新是我国现今科研事业的重要工作,有着无与伦比的重要性,而公共管理的核心理念和其不断演进的管理模式等都能够帮助我国科技创新工作更好地进行。现今我国的科技创新公共管理中还存在着科研力度不足、相关政策缺失、管理体系落后的问题。为此,需要通过多种方式鼓励创新、保护科创成果、结合时代要求完善管理等措施,打造科学合理的科技创新公共管理体系,共同推动我国科创事业发展。Building a good public management system plays an important role in China's scientific and technological innovation.Scientific and technological innovation is an important work of scientific research in China,which is of unparalleled importance,and the core concept of public management and its evolving management mode can help our country to carry out scientific and technological innovation work better.Nowadays,there are still problems in the public management of scientific and technological innovation in China,such as insufficient scientific research,lack of relevant policies and backward management system.To this end,we encourage innovation through various ways,protect the achievements of science and technology,combined with the requirements of the times to improve management and other measures,to create a scientific and reasonable public management system of scientific and technological innovation,and jointly promote the development of science and technology in China.
