匹多莫德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果及对患者炎性因子水平、免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨匹多莫德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果及对患者炎性因子水平、免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月榆林市第二医院重症医学科收治的80例支气管哮喘患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组给予匹多莫德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的FeNO均较治疗前降低,FEV1%均较治疗前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PCT、IL-6、CRP水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)均较治疗前降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论匹多莫德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘的效果显著,可改善肺通气功能,降低炎性因子水平,提高免疫功能,且安全性较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pidotimod combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma and its influence on inflammatory factors levels and immune function of patients.Methods Eighty patients with bronchial asthma treated in the critical medicine department of Yulin No.2 hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with pidotimod combined with montelukast sodium,and the control group was treated with montelukast sodium.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FeNO in both groups were lower than that before treatment,FEV1%were higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PCT,IL-6 and CRP levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,CD8^(+)was lower than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pidotimod combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma has significant effect,it can improve lung ventilation function,reduce inflammatory factors levels and improve immune function,which has higher safety.
