摘　　要：目的探讨益母草注射液治疗胎盘胎膜残留致晚期产后出血的临床效果及对患者凝血功能、炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月我院收治的200例胎盘胎膜残留致晚期产后出血患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(100例,缩宫素注射液+益母草注射液)和对照组(100例,缩宫素注射液)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照的86.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的出血量少于对照组,残留物排出时间、止血时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的PT、APTT、TT短于对照组,FIB水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CRP、PCT、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益母草注射液治疗胎盘胎膜残留致晚期产后出血的效果显著,可快速止血,增强凝血功能,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of motherwort injection on late postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta and fetal membrane residue and its influence on coagulation function and inflammatory factor levels of patients.Methods A total of 200 patients with late postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta and fetal membrane residue admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group(100 cases,oxytocin injection+motherwort injection)and control group(100 cases,oxytocin injection).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 86.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the residue discharge time and hemostasis time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PT,APTT and TT in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and FIB level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,PCT and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Motherwort injection on late postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta and fetal membrane residue has a significant clinical effect,it can quickly stop bleeding,enhance coagulation function,and has good safety.
