摘 要:针对重力热管内压降影响换热器换热性能的问题,设计2款微通道换热器,每个风冷式热管系统的蒸发器和冷凝器使用同种类型微通道换热器。在机房干球/湿球温度为35℃/24℃,室外环境温度5℃,10℃和15℃下进行换热性能测试。结果表明:在相同试验工况下,微通道换热器的水力直径越大,其换热能力越大;蒸发器进口的制冷剂为过冷态,制冷剂在蒸发器内分配较为均匀,无须设置分配器。Aiming at the influence of pressure drop of the gravity heat pipe on the heat transfer performance of heat exchanger,two micro-channel heat exchangers(MCHE)are designed.The evaporator and condenser in the air-cooled heat pipe system use the same type of MCHE.Under the dry/wet bulb temperature of 35℃/24℃in the data room,and the outdoor temperature of 5℃,10℃ and 15℃,the heat transfer performance is tested.The results show that under the same test condition,the hydraulic diameter of MCHE is bigger,the heat transfer capacity is higher;the inlet refrigerant of evaporator is subcooling,and the distribution of refrigerant in the evaporator is uniform,which does not need the distributor.
