摘 要:为了改善生土材料的力学性能,以陕南地区自然风干生土为研究对象,采用单因素试验方法,研究了水料比为0.3,生土颗粒粒径、有机纤维、复合激发剂(水玻璃质量∶乙二醇质量∶氢氧化钠质量=5∶1∶1)掺量对两种复合生土(生土+S95矿粉)的抗折及抗压强度的影响规律。研究结果表明:生土颗粒粒径、生土与矿粉的质量比、有机纤维、复合碱性激发剂对生土的强度有明显影响;复合生土中掺入复合激发剂可以有效提高生土的28 d抗折强度和抗压强度;复合生土中S95矿粉越多,生土颗粒越细,则强度越高;有机纤维能较好地提高生土的28 d抗折强度,但对28 d抗压强度无明显影响。To improve mechanical properties of soil(raw soil added with S95 mineral powder)in its fracture and compressive resistance,natural air-drying raw soil in Southern part of Shaanxi Provence was taken as the tested objective.By single factor test method,complext soil(water soil ratio being at 0.3)improved by alkaii-activator composing organic fiber,composite activator(sodium silicate∶sodium silicat∶NaOH=5∶1∶1)was tested using fracture and compressive resistance test to investigate the impact of addition of mineral powder and alkaii-activator on the mechanical properties of soil.And the results show that addition of soil particle size,organic fiber and ratio of raw soil to mineral powder exert significant effect on soil mechanical properties.The compressive and fracture strength of improved soil cured for 28 days was effectively improved.And more addition of S95 mineral powder in soil and finer grain of soil play an excellent role in improving soil strength.And organic fiber exert an obvious effect on improving soil fracture strength but no effect on its compressive strength.
