摘　　要：目的:了解四川省人民医院(以下简称“我院”)的医院制剂使用情况,探讨其发展方向。方法:调取我院信息系统中2017—2019年医院制剂使用数据,对制剂品种数、使用量、销售金额、构成比和用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)等评价指标进行统计分析,得出医院制剂的使用特点和发展趋势。结果:2017—2019年,我院医院制剂的配制品种数稳定在50种,其使用量和销售金额呈升高趋势;西药制剂主要为皮肤科外用制剂;中药制剂中,虎杖解毒颗粒的销售金额排序、DDDs排序均居第1位,乳腺通络散结颗粒、金沙通淋排石颗粒使用也较多。此外,受原料药、原药材短缺的影响,酚柳松洗剂、复方贯众口服液有一段时间停配,其使用量有所降低。结论:近3年来我院医院制剂有良好的发展趋势,且西药制剂和中药制剂各具特色。应在保证原料药稳定供应和保持现有制剂稳定生产的基础上,积极开发皮肤科特色制剂和中药特色制剂,以满足临床需要。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of hospital preparations in Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”),and to explore its development direction.METHODS:The application data of hospital preparations from 2017 to 2019 were collected from the information system of our hospital,and the evaluation indexes such as the categories of preparations,dosage,consumption sum,composition ratio and defined daily dose system(DDDs)were statistically analyzed.The application characteristics and development trend of hospital preparations were summarized.RESULTS:From 2017 to 2019,the categories of hospital preparations in our hospital had stabilized at 50,and its usage and consumption sum showed an increasing trend.Western medicine preparations were mainly for external use in dermatology.Among the traditional Chinese medicine preparations,the consumption sum and DDDs took the lead,and the application of breast Tongluo Sanjie granules and Jinsha Tonglin Paishi granules were also used more frequently.In addition,due to the shortage of raw materials,the dispensing of phenolic pine lotion and compound Guanzhong oral solution was stopped for a period of time,and the usage amount reduced.CONCLUSIONS:In recent three years,the hospital preparations of our hospital have a good development trend,and the western medicine preparations and traditional Chinese medicine preparations have their own characteristics.On the basis of ensuring the stable supply of raw materials and maintaining the stable production of existing preparations,it is necessary to actively develop dermatological specialty preparations and traditional Chinese medicine preparations to meet clinical needs.
