摘　　要：目的:基于处方点评,了解首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院(以下简称“我院”)门急诊中成药使用情况,以完善合理用药,提升患者用药疗效和安全性,提高医疗质量。方法:随机抽取2020年我院门急诊中成药处方148657张,进行专项处方点评,并进行分类汇总、统计分析。结果:148657张门急诊中成药处方中,患者年龄分布于2~100岁;男性患者处方60083张(占40.42%),女性患者处方88574张(占59.58%);合理处方148494张,处方合理率为99.89%;不合理处方163张,不合理类型包括用法与用量不合理、联合用药不合理、重复用药和剂型或给药途径不合理。结论:该院门急诊中成药处方存在的问题主要为西医师开具中成药处方,医院应进一步加强处方干预措施,对门急诊临床医师加强中成药用药的培训,重视和规范中成药的临床合理应用,特别是重视儿童用药的合理性,进一步提高临床中成药合理应用水平。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of Chinese patent medicines based on prescription review in outpatient and emergency department of Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”),so as to improve the rational drug use,promote the efficacy and safety of drug application,and improve the quality of medical treatment.METHODS:A total of 148657 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine in outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital in 2020 were randomly selected and reviewed,classified,summarized and statistically analyzed.RESULTS:Among 148657 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine,the patients’ages were distributed from 2 to 100 years old;there were 60083 prescriptions(40.42%)for male patients and 88574 prescriptions(59.58%)for female patients;148494 prescriptions were rational,with the rational rate of 99.89%.There were 163 irrational prescriptions,including irrational usage and dosage,improper drug combination,repeated drug application,dosage form or route of administration.CONCLUSIONS:Problems with the prescription of Chinese patent medicine in the outpatient and emergency department of the hospital are mainly due to the prescription of Chinese patent medicine by western physicians.The hospital should further strengthen the prescription intervention measures,enhance the training on the application of Chinese patent medicine for outpatient and emergency clinicians,pay attention to and standardize the rational clinical application of Chinese patent medicine,especially for the rational application of medicines for children,and further improve the rational clinical application of Chinese patent medicine.
