摘 要:本研究基于田间药效试验,对比生物药剂哈茨木霉与常规化学药剂多菌灵对黄芩立枯病的田间防治效力。结果表明:地膜覆盖穴播育苗栽培方式下,拌种处理1-1和1-2处理的防效差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著低于土壤处理2-1和2-2处理(P<0.05),且处理1-1、2-1、2-2和处理1-2差异极显著(P<0.01)。3亿CFU/g哈茨木霉WP用土壤处理的防效为71.78%,与50%多菌灵WP的防效73.54%差异不显著(P>0.05),作为生物制剂可以替代常规化学制剂或轮换使用。This study was conducted to compare the field efficacy of Trichoderma harzicum and carbendazim against Scutellaria scutellaria Rhizobia based on field efficacy trials.The results showed as follows:under the plastic film mulching acupoint sowing cultivation method,the control efficacy of seed dressing treatments 1-1 and 1-2 had no significant difference(P>0.05),but were significantly lower than that of soil treatment 2-1 and 2-2(P<0.05),and the differences between treatments 1-1,2-1,2-2 and 1-2 were extremely significant(P<0.01).The control effect of 300 million CFU/g Trichoderma harzicum WP treated in soil was 71.78%,which was not significantly different from that of 73.54% of 50% carbendazim WP(P>0.05).Therefore,it could be used as a biological agent instead of conventional chemical agents or alternatively.
