摘 要:针对传统硅酸盐水泥生产中存在的高废气排放和高能耗两个问题,阐述了一种以3CaCO_(3)·2SiO_(2)(简称C3S2)为主矿物的低钙水泥熟料组成、碳化硬化过程、力学性能,分析其节能减排效果。与传统硅酸盐水泥相比,该水泥的煅烧温度低约200℃、力学性能优良、对原料品质要求低,特别是对MgO含量无限量要求。该低钙水泥具有低CO_(2)排放量,且碳化硬化过程耗用大量CO_(2),同时由于低钙且其熟料自粉化,因此具有低碳排放和节能特点。Aiming at two problems of high exhaust gas emission and high energy consumption in production of Portland cement,the composition,carbonation and hardening process,mechanical properties of a type of cement clinker with C_(3)S_(2)(3CaO·2SiO_(2))are investigated,and the effect of energy saving and CO_(2) emission reduction is also analyzed.Compared to ordinary Portland cement,the calcination temperature of C3S2 cement is about 200℃lower and with an excellent mechanical property.In addition,Low requirement for raw material quality in production of this cement,especially unlimited requirement for MgO content.The low calcium cement shows low CO_(2) emission,and can consume a huge amount of CO_(2) in carbonation and hardening process.Due to low calcium and self-pulverization of the low calcium clinker at the same time,thus,the low calcium cement shows a low CO_(2) emission and energy saving characteristic.
