摘　　要：介绍了一种环形轻质超高强混凝土装配式旅游区公寓房屋的设计及荷载试验过程。从房屋的结构组成、构件设计、节点构造等方面,诠释了超高强混凝土装配式构件与特殊建筑需求之间的契合过程。通过分析计算及试验,对该类房屋结构的承载能力和刚度水平有了基本了解,为今后同类型的项目提供借鉴。This paper introduces a design and load test process of an apartment house formated by ring ultra-high performance concrete,and shows the fit process between precast ultra-high performance concrete elements and special building needs from the structure of the house,precast elements and connections.Through analying and testing,the carrying capacity and stiffness level of the house are known,which provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
