摘 要:以2,3-二甲基-2,3-二苯基丁烷(联枯)和对异丙苯聚合物(聚联枯)作为自由基产生剂与氢溴酸三聚氰胺盐(MHB)、次磷酸铝(AHP)复配成一种新型自由基型复合阻燃剂。将不同复配比例的复合阻燃剂添加到聚丙烯(PP)中,对阻燃PP材料的阻燃性能、力学性能进行测试,探讨了阻燃剂的最佳配比。结果表明:当m(AHP)∶m(MHB)∶m(聚联枯/联枯)为6∶3∶1时,样条的性能最佳,聚联枯的热稳定性优于联枯,在热老化后,采用聚联枯的部分配方仍能达到垂直燃烧试验离火自熄的水平。研究了无机粉体对该阻燃体系的协效作用,结果表明:在阻燃剂中添加质量分数为30%的氢氧化铝(ATH)能明显提高试样的阻燃性。研究了阻燃剂总体添加量对样条阻燃性的影响,结果表明:当阻燃剂添加质量分数为1.5%时,样条在垂直燃烧试验中仍可达到离火自熄的水平。2,3-Dimethyl-2,3-diphenylbutane(DMDPB)and benzene,1,4-bis(1-methylethyl)-homopolymer(PDMDPB)were used as free radical generating agents,which were compounded with melamine hydrobromide(MHB)and aluminum hypophosphite(AHP)to prepare a new type of free radical type flame retardant.Different amount of composite flame retardants were added to polypropylene(PP).The flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the flame retardants modified PP were tested,and the optimal ratio of the flame retardant was discussed.The results show that when m(AHP):m(MHB):m(DMDPB/PDMDPB)is 6∶3∶1,the performance of the sample is the best,and the thermal stability of PDMDPB is better than DMDPB.After thermal aging,some samples which were prepared by PDMDPB can still reach the level of self-extinguish in vertical combustion test.The synergistic effect of inorganic powder on the flame retardant system was studied.The results show that the flame retardancy of the samples are obviously improved by adding 30% aluminum hydroxide(ATH).The effect of the total amount of flame retardant on the flame retardancy of the sample was studied.The results show that when the mass fraction of flame retardant is 1.5%,the samples still reach the level of self-extinguishing in vertical combustion test.
