摘  要:提出了用高水低245fa体系替代臭氧层消耗物质HCFC-141b体系的方案,并简述了该方案的环保性、综合成本有效性。通过实验,验证了添加甘油起始聚醚对黏结性能的影响。结果表明:甘油起始聚醚G-310有效地改善了高水低245fa体系的泡沫脆性,大大提高了泡沫与基材的黏结力;同时,没有影响泡沫其他方面的物理性能,如尺寸稳定性、压缩强度和热导率。A scheme of replacing ozone-depleting substance HCFC-141b with a high-water content and low 245fa dosage system was proposed.The environmental protection property and comprehensive cost-effectiveness of the scheme were briefly described.Through experiments,the effect of adding glycerol-initiated polyether on the adhesion property was verified.The results show that the glycerol-initiated polyether G-310 effectively improves the foam brittleness of high-water content and low 245fa dosage system,and greatly enhances the peel strength between the foam and the substrate.At the same time,it does not affect other physical properties of the foam,such as dimensional stability,compressive strength and thermal conductivity.
