摘  要:利用同向双螺杆挤出机制备短玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料,研究了不同挤出机温度、螺杆转速及螺杆构型对复合材料玻纤保留长度的影响。结果表明:提高挤出温度或降低螺杆转速对复合材料的玻纤保留长度有正面影响,不同螺杆构型对复合材料的玻纤保留长度也存在明显的影响,其中使用ZME螺杆构型制备的复合材料的玻纤保留长度最短,使用SFV和SME螺杆构型制备的复合材料的玻纤保留长度最长。研究结果还表明复合材料的玻纤保留长度在一定程度上会影响拉伸强度。Short glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites were prepared by co-rotating twin-screw extruder.The effects of extruder temperature,screw speed and screw configuration on glass fiber retention length were studied.The results show that increasing the extrusion temperature or decreasing the screw speed has a positive effect on the glass fiber retention length of the composites,and different screw configurations also have significant effects on the glass fiber retention length.The glass fiber retention length is the shortest when the screw configuration is ZME,and the glass fiber retention length is the longest when the screw configurations are SFV and SME.The results also show that the glass fiber retention length of the composites can affect the tensile strength to a certain extent.
