油气输送管道水平定向钻下穿公路涉路工程技术评价研究

摘　　要：以穿越S315公路某输油管道工程为依托,结合现有的规范标准及研究成果,系统分析研究了油气输送管道水平定向钻穿越公路施工对公路结构安全和运营维护的影响;对水平定向钻下穿公路技术要点进行了论证,并通过管道结构安全和地面沉降验算,得出油气管道水平定向钻这一新机械、新技术符合现行规范要求,对下穿公路道路结构和运营安全无影响的结论。Relying on the oil pipeline project crossing S315 highway,combined with the existing standards and research results,the influence of the oil and gas transmission pipeline horizontal directional drilling crossing the highway construction on highway structure security and operation and maintenance is analyzed and studied systematically,The main technical points of directional drilling undercrossing highway are demonstrated and through the pipeline structure safety and ground settlement calculation,it is concluded that the new machinery and new technology of horizontal directional drilling of oil and gas transmission pipeline meet the requirements of the current specification and has no effect on the structure and operation safety of undercrossing road.
