部分框支剪力墙结构转换构件及上部剪力墙分析

摘  要:在框支转换层结构设计时,框支梁上层剪力墙在竖向荷载作用下常出现弯矩、剪力和轴力突变导致截面超限,但其上部剪力墙受力趋于正常。该文以某带转换层框架剪力墙模型为分析对象,转换梁分别用梁单元、板单元(壳单元)和实体单元模拟进行有限元对比分析,仅以力学分析直观反映转换梁和上部被转换剪力墙的内力应力分布情况,探寻不同模型单元模拟的转换梁受力差别,以及转换层结构设计时转换层上部剪力墙内力、应力突变的原因。经分析验证,转换梁在竖向荷载作用下的竖向变形使上一层剪力墙出现较大弯曲变形,导致内力突变。设计中建议重点分析转换梁及上层剪力墙应力情况,宜按应力分析的结果校核配筋设计,并有针对性地对应力集中部位加强配筋,避免在应力集中区域开洞和设置一字型墙肢。In the design of a frame-supported transfer story structure,the bending moment,shear force and axial force of the upper shear wall of frame-supported beams often change suddenly under the action of vertical load,resulting in the section overrun,and the stress of the upper shear wall tends to be normal.Taking a frame shear wall model with transfer story as the analysis object,the transfer beams were simulated with beam elements,plate elements(shell elements)and solid elements respectively for finite element comparative analysis.Only the mechanical analysis can directly reflect the internal force and stress distribution of the transfer beam and the upper transferred shear wall,so as to explore the stress difference of the transfer beams simulated by different model elements,and the reasons of the internal force and stress mutation of the shear wall on the upper part of the transfer floor in the structural design of the transfer floor.Through analysis and verification,the vertical deformation of transfer beams under vertical loads leads to large bending deformation of the upper shear wall,which causes sudden changes of internal force.In the design,it is suggested to focus on the stress analysis of the transfer beams and the upper shear wall,check the reinforcement design according to the results of the stress analysis,and strengthen the reinforcement for the stress concentration area,so as to avoid opening in the stress concentration area and setting the straight wall limb.
