摘　　要：目的:探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)-多学科协作(MDT)模式在输尿管软镜手术患者中的构建及应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月1日~7月31日我院60例行输尿管软镜手术患者作为对照组,给予常规护理干预;选取2019年8月1日~12月3日我院60例行输尿管软镜手术患者作为观察组,在常规护理干预基础上构建并实践ERAS-MDT模式。比较两组临床效果。结果:两组患者术前准备时间、麻醉时间、下床活动时间、进食时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间、导尿管留置时间、术后疼痛评分、住院时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者恶心呕吐、腹胀、尿路感染、双下肢肌壁间血栓发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者出院当天满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:ERAS-MDT模式可促进输尿管软镜手术患者术后尽快恢复,提升患者出院满意度。Objective:To explore the construction and application effect of accelerating rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)-multidisciplinary collaboration(MDT)mode in patients with flexible ureteroscopy.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent flexible ureteroscopy during March 1 to July 31,2019 were selected as the control group,they were given routine nursing intervention.A total of 60 patients who underwent flexible ureteroscopy during August 1 to December 3,2019 were selected as the observation group,on the basis of conventional nursing intervention the ERAS-MDT mode was constructed and practiced.Comparison was made between the two groups on clinical effect.Results:There were statistical significance between the two groups of patients in preoperative preparation time,anesthesia time,ambulation time,eating time,anus exhaust time,anus bowel movement time,catheter indwelling time,postoperative pain score,and length of hospital stay(P<0.01);There were no statistical significance between the two groups of patients in nausea and vomiting,abdominal distention,urinary tract infections,and double lower limbs muscle intramural thrombus incidence(P>0.05).In the patients of the observation group on the day of discharge the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The ERAS-MDT mode can promote the postoperative recovery in patients with flexible ureteroscop as soon as possible,and improve their satisfaction.
