阴虚证诊断标准的现代文献研究

摘　　要：阴虚证是中医诊断最基本的证候之一,长期以来为众多医家和研究者所关注。本文通过系统梳理阴虚证辨证标准的现代文献,总结阴虚证基本证候要素和核心症状。研究结果发现,1982年制定的《中医虚证辨证标准》为阴虚证诊断奠定了基础,1997年颁布的《中医临床诊疗术语·证候部分》是包含阴虚证的首个国家标准,此后阴虚证的辨证标准不断发展、完善,经过对比分析各标准的异同点得出,阴虚证辨证标准的主症为盗汗、午后颧红、咽干口燥、潮热、五心烦热,主舌为舌红少苔或无苔,主脉为脉细数。阴虚证诊断标准的逐步完善有利于中医诊断规范化、标准化、定量化发展,有利于中医的现代研究及国际化传播,本研究旨在为临床、教学、科研提供阴虚证的辨证依据,促进阴虚证诊断标准的完善。Yin deficiency syndrome is one of the most basic syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis.It has been concerned by many medical experts and researchers for a long time.This article systematically sorts out the modern literature on the syndrome differentiation criteria of Yin deficiency syndrome,summarizes the basic syndrome elements and core symptoms of Yin deficiency syndrome,and provides the differentiation basis of Yin deficiency syndrome.We found that Syndrome Differentiation Standard of Deficiency Syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which was published in 1982,laid a foundation for the diagnosis of Yin deficiency syndrome.The book Chinese Medicine Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Terminology and Syndrome Part which was published in 1997 was the first national standard that included Yin deficiency syndrome.Since then,the syndrome differentiation standard of Yin deficiency has been continuously developed and perfected.After comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences of the standards,we find that the main symptoms of Yin deficiency syndrome are:night sweat,flushed cheeks in the afternoon,dry throat and mouth,tidal fever,heat sensation in the palms,soles and chest.The main tongue is red tongue with little or without coating.The main pulse is thready and rapid pulse.The gradual improvement of Yin deficiency syndrome is conducive to the standardization and quantification of TCM diagnosis,and to the modern research and international communication of TCM.The purpose of this study is to provide evidence for Yin deficiency syndrome in clinic,teaching and scientific research,in order to improve the establishment of diagnostic criteria for Yin deficiency syndrome.
