摘 要:采用多孔陶瓷过滤管为过滤介质,研究了预荷电手段对气相法白炭黑去除过程的影响。研究发现,在没有粉尘预荷电的情况下,白炭黑形成的粉饼压降很高,在粉尘荷电情况下,系统过滤阻力显著降低,相同除尘时间下仅为不荷电情况下的一半。随着荷电电压的上升,预荷电对过滤除尘的影响越大,但当荷电电压达到30 kV时,升高电压对除尘的促进作用不再提高,从电晕放电的机理角度对上述现象进行了解释。预荷电对除尘过程的促进作用有望使陶瓷管除尘成为超细粉尘捕收或去除的有效手段。The influence of pre-charge technique upon the fumed silica removal with porous ceramic tubes used as filtration medium was investigated.It was shown by the results that without pre-charge technique,the silica would generate powder cake with high pressure drop,however,when pre-charge technique was applied,the pressure drop of filtration system decreased sharply:which was only half of the case when pre-charge technique was not employed.With higher pre-charge voltage,the effect of pre-charge technique upon the silica removal process became more obvious,but when the pre-charge voltage reached 30 kV,higher voltage no longer improved the dust-removal process,the phenomenon mentioned above was explained by the corona discharge mechanism.The benefiting effect from pre-charge technique was expected to make the ceramic tube a effective means to remove or capture ultrafine powder.
