摘  要:先采用改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),并使用N−(β−氨乙基)−γ−氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH792)对其改性而得到改性石墨烯(KH792GO),再采用化学氧化法将苯胺直接聚合到KH792GO表面,制备出了分散性优异的改性石墨烯接枝聚苯胺(KH792GO@PANI)。将KH792GO@PANI作为功能填料加入硅树脂(SiR)中并刷涂在Q235钢表面,得到KH792GO@PANI/SiR复合涂层。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征了功能填料的结构和形貌,研究了功能填料对涂层疏水性能和腐蚀电化学行为的影响。结果显示:加入KH792GO@PANI的涂层表现出优异的防腐蚀性能,水接触角为105.63°,吸水率为2.65%。Graphene oxide(GO)was prepared by the modified Hummers method,and then modified with N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(KH792).Polyaniline(PANI)was synthesized in-situ by chemical oxidation onto the surface of KH792-modified GO(KH792GO).The PANI-grafted KH792GO(KH792GO@PANI)with excellent dispersibility was blended as a functional filler in silicone resin(SiR),and then a KH792GO@PANI/SiR composite coating was prepared by brushing on Q235 steel surface.The structure and morphology of KH792GO@PANI were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effect of KH792GO@PANI on hydrophobicity and corrosion electrochemical behavior of the SiR coating was studied.The results showed that the coating added with KH792GO@PANI had a water contact angle of 105.63°,a water absorption rate of 2.65%,and excellent anticorrosion performance.
