摘 要:无机磷酸盐耐高温涂料是由作为粘结剂的磷酸盐与金属及金属氧化物复合制备的水性无机涂料。介绍了它的成膜机理和防腐耐温机制,综述了国内外提升其性能的研究进展。提出常温固化和提高极端环境下耐蚀性是无机磷酸盐耐高温涂料未来的重点研究方向。High-temperature-resistant inorganic phosphate coating is a kind of water-based inorganic coating prepared by mixing phosphate as a binder with metal and metal oxide.Its film formation,anticorrosion,and high-temperature resistance mechanisms were expounded,and the recent progress in research on improving its performance at home and abroad was briefly reviewed.It was proposed that curing at room temperature and improving the corrosion resistance in extreme environments would be the key research directions of high-temperature-resistant inorganic phosphate coatings in the future.
