糖肾汤降低糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的作用观察

摘　　要：目的分析糖肾汤对降低糖尿病肾病患者的应用效果。方法82例糖尿病肾病患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各41例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予糖肾汤治疗。比较两组相关指标变化、炎性因子变化、治疗效果。结果治疗组尿蛋白、肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)指标水平分别为(0.98±0.32)g/24 h、(103.45±34.12)μmol/L、(7.02±2.72)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(1.28±0.61)g/24 h、(123.12±36.23)μmol/L、(8.87±3.39)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)分别为(12.03±0.87)ng/L、(23.40±6.91)ng/L、(5.44±1.00)mg/L,均低于对照组的(15.84±1.23)ng/L、(32.38±7.54)ng/L、(7.15±0.86)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率97.56%高于对照组的82.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病肾病患者糖肾汤治疗能够有效改善患者的相关指标水平,能够有效降低炎性因子含量,临床疗效显著,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the practical effect of Tangshen Decoction on reducing urinary microalbumin in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into control group and treatment group according to random numerical table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Tangshen Decoction based on the conventional therapy.The related indicators,inflammatory factors,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The urine protein,serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)indicators of the treatment group were(0.98±0.32)g/24 h,(103.45±34.12)μmol/L and(7.02±2.72)mmol/L,which were lower than(1.28±0.61)g/24 h,(123.12±36.23)μmol/L and(8.87±3.39)mmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The interleukin 1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)of the treatment group were(12.03±0.87)ng/L,(23.40±6.91)ng/L and(5.44±1.00)mg/L,which were lower than(15.84±1.23)ng/L,(32.38±7.54)ng/L and(7.15±0.86)mg/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.56%,which was higher than 82.93%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tangshen Decoction has significant clinical effect for diabetic nephropathy patients,and it can effectively improve the level of related indicators,effectively reduce the content of inflammatory factors,which contains value of promotion.
