摘 要:以辽宁省某选煤厂煤泥为原料,通过小锥角旋流器提取煤系高岭土,采用JL含硫有机硅烷偶联剂对煤系高岭土进行表面改性,通过改变煤系高岭土粒度、改性剂用量及改性温度等因素研究煤系高岭土对丁苯橡胶的补强效果。结果表明,当煤系高岭土粒度为Y50,改性剂用量为1%,改性温度为105℃时,30%代替炭黑补强丁苯橡胶,抗拉强度为19.90 MPa,延伸率为527.1%。由扫描电镜(SEM)及傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析可知,改性后煤系高岭土粒度变小且分散均匀,改性剂与煤系高岭土反应形成共价键和氢键等化学键,使煤系高岭土由亲水性变为亲油性,提高了煤系高岭土在橡胶中的分散性和对丁苯橡胶的补强作用。Use the coal slurry from a coal preparation plant in Liaoning Province as raw material,the coal series kaolin was extracted by the small cone-angle cyclone,and the coal series kaolin was surface modified by JL sulfur-containing organosilane coupling agent.The reinforcing effect of coal series kaolin on SBR has been studied by changing the particle size of the coal series kaolin,the amount of modifier and modification temperature.The results show that when the particle size of coal series kaolin is Y50,the amount of modifier is 1%,and the modification temperature is 105℃,the tensile strength of SBR reinforced with 30%coal series kaolin instead of carbon black is 19.90 MPa and the elongation is 527.1%.The SEM and FTIR characterization analysis show that the particle size of the coal series kaolin becomes smaller and uniformly dispersed after modification.The modifier reacts with coal series kaolin to form a covalent bond,hydrogen bond and other chemical bonds,which makes the coal series kaolin change from hydrophilic to lipophilicity,increases the dispersibility of coal series kaolin in rubber and enhances the reinforcing effect of SBR.
