摘  要:采用紧密堆积理论设计优化超高性能混凝土(UHPC)干粉料配合比,研究胶凝材料体系、胶砂比和钢纤维体积掺量对UHPC性能的影响,以及优化配比下UHPC干粉料的干缩性能和工程应用效果。结果表明,UHPC干粉料最优配合比(每立方米)为:水泥693 kg、硅灰220 kg、超细矿物掺和料187 kg、石英砂1000 kg、钢纤维176 kg、粉剂外加剂8.8 kg。该配合比下,UHPC混凝土需水量仅为干粉料总质量7.22%,UHPC性能优异。The mix ratio of UHPC powdery material was optimized by close-packing theory.The performance of UHPC was studied under the different conditions of cementitious material system,mortar ratio and steel fiber volume content,the shrinkage performance and application effect of UHPC powdery material were studied.The results show that the optimal mix ratio of UHPC powdery material(per cubic meter)is the cement of 693 kg,the silica fume of 220 kg,the ultrafine mineral admixture of 187 kg,the quartz sand of 1000 kg,the steel fiber of 176 kg,the powder water reducer of 8.8 kg.Under this mix ratio,the water demand of UHPC concrete is only 7.22%of the total solid mass.
