摘 要:基于溶胶-凝胶法,合成SiO_(2)改性BaSO_(4)复合材料,利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)仪、X射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)和粒度分析仪等对其结构与性能进行表征,分析改性BaSO_(4)复合材料的粒径分布、沉降时间和活化度,并将其添加在PVC中,进一步研究改性BaSO_(4)对PVC基材力学性能的影响。结果表明,SiO_(2)复合量为1.4~1.6 mol时,改性BaSO_(4)复合材料的粒径分布较窄且均匀,与未改性样品相比,当SiO_(2)复合量为1.4 mol时,其沉降时间和活化度达到最大值27.8 h和81.8%,分别提高25.5 h和48.5百分点。改性BaSO_(4)有助于提高PVC基材力学性能,当添加量为10%时,改性BaSO_(4)/PVC复合材料综合力学性能最佳,撕裂强度可达156.78 MPa。In this work,a SiO_(2)modified BaSO_(4)composite material was synthesized based on the sol-gel method,the structure and performance was characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM and particle size analyzer.On this basis,the particle size distribution,sedimentation time and activation degree of the modified BaSO_(4)composites were analyzed,and the effect of modified BaSO_(4)on the mechanical properties of PVC substrates was further studied.The results showed that when the content of SiO_(2)was 1.4-1.6 mol,the particle size distribution of the modified BaSO_(4)composite was narrow and uniform,when the amount of SiO_(2)was 1.4 mol,compared with the unmodified sample,the sedimentation time and activation degree reached 27.8 h and 81.8%,which were increased by 25.5 h and 48.5 percentage point,respectively.The mechanical performance experiment showed that the modified BaSO_(4)filler help to improve the mechanical properties of the PVC substrate.When the addition amount was 10%,the modified BaSO_(4)/PVC composite had the best comprehensive mechanical properties,the tear strength could reach 156.78 MPa.
