摘  要:发泡水泥现浇工艺可应用于彩钢板芯材的制造,受到气温变化等因素影响,该工艺难以广泛应用。本试验对不同气温下的发泡水泥现浇工艺进行研究,改变催化剂用量,使发泡剂分解速率能适应不同温度。对发泡水泥在不同温度下的体积膨胀率、抗压强度、抗折强度、导热系数进行测试分析,得到各气温条件下的最优催化剂用量。结果表明,当气温范围在2~7℃、8~13℃、14~19℃、20~25℃、26~31℃、32~37℃时,对应催化剂最优用量依次为0.13%、0.13%、0.13%、0.10%、0.10%、0.07%。现浇法制备发泡水泥技术具有可行性,施工时需根据气温条件选择相应的催化剂用量,同时参照对应体积膨胀率计算出所需原料用量。Foamed cement cast-in-site technique can be applied in the manufacture of choi steel core material,but due to the influence of factors like temperature change,it is difficult to be widely used.This paper studied the foamed cement cast-in-site technique at different temperatures and enabled the decomposition rate of foaming agent to adapt to various temperatures through changing the amount of catalyst.The volume expansion rate,compressive strength,flexural strength and thermal conductivity of the materials were tested to obtain the optimal amount of catalyst at different temperatures.The result showed that when the temperatures were 2-7℃,8-13℃,14-19℃,20-25℃,26-31℃and 32-37℃,the optimal amounts of catalyst were 0.13%,0.13%,0.13%,0.10%,0.10%and 0.07%,respectively.It is feasible to produce foamed cement with cast-in-site method,and the corresponding amount of catalyst should be selected according to the temperature conditions in the construction.Meanwhile,the amount of raw materials should be calculated in accordance with the corresponding volume expansion.
