摘 要:以钾长石尾矿为原料,采用焙烧工艺处理钾长石尾矿-CaSO_(4)-CaCO_(3)三元体系制备硅钾肥,以柠檬酸对硅钾肥中Si和K的浸出率作为硅钾肥肥力评价指标,确定最佳制备条件。结果表明,当n(钾长石尾矿)∶n(CaSO_(4))∶n(CaCO_(3))为1∶1∶16时,最佳焙烧温度为1000℃,焙烧时间为4 h。利用2%柠檬酸对硅钾肥浸出7 d,Si和K浸出率分别为98.4%和94.4%。本研究为钾长石尾矿制备硅钾肥的生产提供理论依据和技术指导。Potash feldspar tailings were used as raw materials,and a roasting process was used to treat potash feldspar tailings-CaSO_(4)-CaCO_(3)ternary system to prepare silicon-potassium fertilizer.The leaching rate of Si and K in silicon-potassium fertilizer by citric acid was used as the evaluation index of silicon-potassium fertilizer to determine optimal preparation conditions.The results show that when n(potassium feldspar tailings)∶n(CaSO_(4))∶n(CaCO_(3))was 1∶1∶16,the best roasting temperature was 1000℃,roasting time was 4 h,the silicon-potassium fertilizer was leached with 2%citric acid for 7 days,the leaching rates of Si and K were 98.4%and 94.4%,respectively.This research provided theoretical basis and technical guidance for the production of silicon potassium fertilizer by potassium feldspar tailings.
