微生物-改性沸石联合强化处理菲的研究

摘  要:以改性沸石为研究对象,研究其对菲的吸附作用,利用微生物固定化方法,探讨固定化微生物对菲的吸附降解作用。结果表明,当菲的初始质量浓度为5 mg/L时,改性沸石对菲的去除率为60.6%;其吸附与表面官能团有关,主要发生在C-H、-OH和N-H等有关官能团上;菲质量浓度为20 mg/L时,改性沸石固定化微生物处理156 h后,去除率为86.92%,较单胞菌和改性沸石分别提高19.52百分点和54百分点。在低浓度下,CTMAB改性沸石对菲有较好的吸附性能,同时与固定化技术结合,对高浓度菲的去除效果明显。Taking modified zeolite as the research object,studying its adsorption effect on phenanthrene,using the method of microbial immobilization,discussing the adsorption and degradation effect of immobilized microorganism on phenanthrene.The results show that,when the initial concentration of phenanthrene is 5 mg/L,the removal rate of phenanthrene by the modified zeolite is 60.6%;its adsorption is related to surface functional groups,mainly on C-H,-OH and N-H and other related functional groups;phenanthrene concentration is 20 mg/L,the removal rate of the modified zeolite immobilized microorganisms after 156 h is 86.92%,which is 19.52 and 54 percentage points higher than that of the single strain and the modified zeolite,respectively.At low concentrations,CTMAB modified zeolite has better adsorption performance for phenanthrene,and combined with immobilization technology,its removal effect on high-concentration phenanthrene is significantly increased.
