摘　　要：针对全面建成小康社会和现代化建设中存在的突出问题,在深刻把握中国特色社会主义建设事业成败得失的基础上,习近平着眼于推进党执政能力现代化和国家治理能力现代化,将为什么要认识、遵循和运用中国特色社会主义建设规律和怎么样认识、遵循和运用中国特色社会主义建设规律结合起来,形成了关于中国特色社会主义建设规律问题的系列重要论述。习近平关于中国特色社会主义建设规律问题的重要论述是马克思主义中国化的重要理论成果,它丰富和发展了马克思主义关于社会发展规律和社会主义建设规律的思想。Focusing on the outstanding problems of comprehensive well-off society and modernization,grasping the success and failure of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,Xi Jinping combines why understanding,following,and apply⁃ing the laws on socialist construction with how to understand,follow,and apply the laws on socialist construction with Chi⁃nese characteristics,proposes a series of important expositions on the law of socialist construction with Chinese characteris⁃tics in order to promote the modernization of the Party’s governing capabilities and national governance.Xi Jinping's exposi⁃tions on the law of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics are an important theoretical achievement of the Siniciza⁃tion of Marxism.It enriches and develops Marxism on the law of social development and the socialist construction.
