免除沙袋压迫干预辅助腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术对腹股沟疝的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析免除沙袋压迫干预辅助腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝(IH)患者的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年11月郑州阳城医院收治的88例IH患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。两组均接受腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术治疗,对照组接受沙袋压迫切口干预,观察组接受免除沙袋压迫干预。比较两组围手术期情况,包括术后出血发生率、伤口愈合及住院时间、会阴部血肿发生率、术后疼痛程度[视觉模拟量表(VAS评分)]。比较两组并发症发生情况、复发率以及干预满意度[PZB服务质量量表(SERVQUAL)评分]。结果观察组伤口愈合及住院时间较对照组短,术后VAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05),两组术后出血发生率、会阴部血肿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组并发症发生率、复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组SERVQUAL评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论免除沙袋压迫干预辅助腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术治疗IH,有助于患者术后恢复,提高干预满意度,不会增加术后出血、复发风险。Objective To analyze the effect of exempting sandbag compression and assisting extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair in patients with inguinal hernia(IH).Methods A total of 88 patients with IH who were treated in Zhengzhou Yangcheng Hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair.At the same time,the control group received sandbag compression wound intervention,and the observation group received sandbag compression relief intervention.The perioperative conditions[postoperative bleeding incidence,wound healing and hospital stay,perineal hematoma incidence,postoperative pain(visual analog scale,VAS score)],complications,recurrence rate,intervention satisfaction[PZB Service Quality Scale(SERVQUAL)score]of the two groups were compared.Results The wound healing and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the postoperative VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative bleeding and perineal hematoma between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the complication rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The SERVQUAL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The elimination of sandbag compression intervention assisted extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair for IH can help patients recover after surgery and improve intervention satisfaction,and not increase the risk of postoperative bleeding and recurrence.
