摘 要:目的:研究本院临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌药敏情况,分析细菌亚胺培南耐药与生物被膜形成之间的关系。方法:收集2019年1~10月临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌198株,采用平板结合结晶紫染色法定量分析铜绿假单胞菌形成生物膜的能力;采用微量肉汤稀释法进行药敏试验,分析菌株生物膜态与其耐药的相关性。结果:分离出的198株铜绿假单胞菌中有46株产生生物膜,生物膜生成率为23.2%。生物膜态对替卡西林/克拉维酸、亚胺培南、美罗培南、氨曲南的耐药率均高于浮游态(P<0.01)。结论:PA产生生物膜是亚胺培南耐药机制之一,药敏试验表现为亚胺培南、氨曲南、替卡西林/克拉维酸耐药其它抗菌药物敏感。Objective:To investigate the resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)to commonly used antibiotics in our hospital and analyze the correlation between biofilm-forming ability and imipenem resistance.Methods:The 198 PA strains isolated from clinical patients from January to October,2019 were selected.The plates combined with crystal violet staining method was adopted for establishment of the biofilm models of PA,and the ability of biofilm-forming was calculated.The drug resistance of the strains was tested with the agar doubling dilution method.Results:46 out of 198 PA strains(23.2%)formed biofilm.The biofilm PA resistance rates to ticacillin/clavulanic acid,imipenem,meropenem,and aztreonam were all higher than planktonic PA(P<0.01).Conclusion:The biofilm PA is one of the mechanism for imipenem resistance.The resistance to imipenem,aztreonam,and ticacillin/clavulanic acid together with susceptible to other drugs are the typical resistant phenotype for biofilm PA.
