护理干预对甲状腺功能低下患儿头皮静脉采血依从性和穿刺成功率的影响

摘　　要：目的研究护理干预对于甲状腺功能低下患儿头皮静脉采血穿刺成功率以及依从性的影响。方法选择我院门诊于2016年10月至2019年10月收治需进行治疗的甲状腺功能低下患儿的血液样本共1656例为研究对象,根据患儿的入院顺序评分为试验组(n=828)与对照组(n=828),试验组患儿接受综合性护理干预,对照组患儿接受常规护理,评价不同护理模式在患儿头皮静脉采血依从性与穿刺成功率的影响。结果两组患儿的一次穿刺成功率数据显示,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿的依从性评价结果显示,试验组患儿的依从性显著高于对照组,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患儿监护人对护理满意度显示,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。采血风险事件发生率显示,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺功能低下患儿的头皮静脉采血期间,采用综合护理干预模式能够取得满意效果,可以提高一次穿刺成功率与患儿的依从性,对于构建良好护患关系的意义重大,值得进一步推广。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the success rate and compliance of scalp venous blood collection and puncture in children with hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 1656 blood samples of children with hypothyroidism treated in our outpatient department from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,the children were divided into the experimental group(n=828)and the control group(n=828).The children in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention and the children in the control group received routine nursing,To evaluate the effects of different nursing modes on the compliance of scalp venous blood collection and the success rate of puncture.Results The success rate of one puncture in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance evaluation results of children in the two groups showed that the compliance of children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the guardians of the two groups was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events of blood collection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the scalp venous blood collection of children with hypothyroidism,the comprehensive nursing intervention model can achieve satisfactory results,improve the success rate of one-time puncture and children's compliance,which is of great significance for building a good nurse-patient relationship and is worthy of further promotion.
