心理护理和语言沟通在精神疾病护理中的重要性

摘　　要：目的探讨精神疾病护理中融入心理护理和语言沟通的价值。方法选择2020年1-12月在本院就诊的精神疾病患者84例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照(n=42)和观察两组(n=42),对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上融入心理护理和语言沟通,对比两组干预前后SAS与SDS评分,NOSIE评分与服药依从性及护理满意度。结果干预前两组SAS、SDS均有焦虑抑郁,评分差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后较干预前两组组间评分明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组下降明显(P<0.05)。干预后较干预前NOSIE评分两组均明显下降,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组的服药依从性也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组的护理满意度(95.24%)显著高于对照组(78.57%)(P<0.05)。结论精神疾病护理中心理护理和语言沟通在改善患者的负面负面情绪,提高生活质量、服药依从性和护理满意度上效果更好。Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing and language communication in psychiatric nursing.Methods A total of 84 cases of mental patients in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was integrated with psychological nursing and language communication on the basis of the control group.SAS and SDS scores,NOSIE scores,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,SAS and SDS of the two groups had anxiety and depression,and the difference was no significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before the intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).After the intervention,the NOSIE scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the medication compliance of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In psychiatric nursing,psychological nursing and language communication have better effect in improving patients'negative emotions,quality of life,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction.
