茶碱类药物在支气管哮喘治疗中的合理应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析茶碱类药物在支气管哮喘治疗中的应用价值。方法按数字法随机选取我院收治的70例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,时间为2017年11月至2019年10月,分为试验组(n=35)和对照组(n=35),对照组采用常规治疗,试验组采用茶碱类药物治疗,对比分析两组患者的肺功能指标及临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者肺功能指标无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的肺功能指标FEV1、FEV1/FVC以及PEF依次是(3.82±1.09)L、(74.72±16.46)%、(5.97±1.43)L/s,均优于对照组的(3.03±0.99)L、(62.88±14.22)%、(5.15±1.16)L/s;且患者临床治疗有效率高达94.29%(33/35),显著优于对照组71.43%(25/35)(P<0.05)。结论茶碱类药物治疗支气管哮喘,取得了显著的疗效,不仅有助于改善患者的肺功能,预后效果好,且药物服用安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze the application value of theophylline drugs in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 70 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were randomly selected by digital method and equally divided into 35 experimental groups and 35 control groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and the experimental group was treated with theophylline drugs.The pulmonary function indexes and clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pulmonary function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the experimental group were(3.82±1.09)L,(74.72±16.46)%,(5.97±1.43)L/s in turn,which were better than those in the control group(3.03±0.99)L,(62.88±14.22)%,(5.15±1.16)L/s;and the clinical effective rate of the patients was 94.29%(33/35),significantly better than 71.43%(25/35)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Theophylline drugs have achieved remarkable curative effect in treating bronchial asthma,which is not only helpful to improve the lung function of patients with good prognosis,but also has high safety in drug administration,and is worthy of clinical application.
