CT检查在腹部急症炎性病变诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析CT检查在腹部急症炎性病变患者诊断过程中的应用效果与价值。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月我院经过病理确诊的腹部急症炎性病变治疗的患者64例,所有患者将CT检查结果与病理检查结果进行对比,分析CT对腹部急症炎性病变的诊断价值。结果CT诊断急性胃肠道穿孔、急性胆囊炎、急性肠梗阻、急性胰腺炎、急性阑尾炎以及肝周炎的诊断准确率分别为100.00%、92.86%、100.00%、91.67%、93.75%和100.00%,CT诊断腹部急症炎性病变的诊断准确率与病理学结果相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性胃肠道穿孔、急性胆囊炎、急性肠梗阻、急性胰腺炎、急性阑尾炎及肝周炎在实施诊断的过程中运用CT检查具有着相对较高的准确率,可以将其作为腹部急症炎性病变患者的重要辅助检查方法,从而指导早期的治疗工作,为医师的更好治疗提供基础和保证。Objective To analyze the application effect and value of CT examination in the diagnosis of patients with acute abdominal inflammatory lesions.Methods A total of 64 patients with acute abdominal inflammatory lesions diagnosed pathologically in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected.All patients were compared with the results of the CT examination and the pathological examination,and the CT diagnostic value of the acute inflammatory lesions in the abdomen was analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of acute gastrointestinal perforation,acute cholecystitis,acute intestinal obstruction,acute pancreatitis,acute appendicitis,and perhepatitis were 100.00%,92.86%,100.00%,91.67%,93.75%,and 100.00%,there was no significant difference between the diagnostic accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of abdominal acute inflammatory lesions and the pathological results(P>0.05).Conclusion Acute gastrointestinal perforation,acute cholecystitis,acute intestinal obstruction,acute pancreatitis,acute appendicitis and perihepatitis have relatively high accuracy in the diagnosis process,and can be regarded as an abdominal emergency an important auxiliary examination method for patients with inflammatory disease,which guides early treatment and provides a basis and guarantee for better treatment by doctors.
