卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗孕产妇产后出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗孕产妇产后出血的临床效果。方法盲选本院收治的产后出血孕产妇共114例,随机分两组,试验组与对照组每组57例,试验组实施卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,对照组实施缩宫素治疗,对比两组的止血时间、产后2 h出血量、临床疗效、生活质量评分,以及发生不良反应的情况。结果试验组的止血时间没有对照组长;产后2 h出血量没有对照组多(P<0.05)。试验组的认知、情绪、社会及躯体功能等生活质量评分,均显著高于对照组;孕产妇的治疗总有效率远高于对照组;孕产妇不良反应的总发生率显著要比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对产后出血孕产妇实施卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,临床效果良好,不仅能缩短止血时间,减少产后2 h出血量,还能改善孕产妇的生活质量,提升治疗的有效率,并降低发生不良反应的可能,建议推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine on postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women.Methods A total of 114 pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group and the control group had 57 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with carboprost tromethamine,while the control group was treated with oxytocin.The hemostatic time,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in two hours,the clinical efficacy,the quality of life score,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The hemostasis time of the experimental group was not longer than that of the control group.The amount of bleeding in 2 hours after delivery was not as much as that in the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive,emotional,social and physical quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment for pregnant and lying-in women was much higher than that of the control group.The total incidence of adverse reactions of pregnant and lying-in women was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of carboprost tromethamine to postpartum hemorrhage pregnant women has a good clinical effect.It can not only shorten the hemostasis time and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in two hours,but also improve the quality of life of pregnant women,improve the effective rate of treatment,and reduce the possibility of adverse reactions.It is recommended to popularize it.
