射频消融治疗持续性心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者的预后评估

摘　　要：目的探究射频消融治疗持续性心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者的预后。方法在我院收治的96例持续性心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者,随机将之分为每组48例的两组,对照组患者接受药物治疗,观察组患者接受射频消融治疗。收治时间为2018年6月至2020年6月。评估两组患者在预后结果方面的差异。结果在治疗随访6个月后,两组患者在LVEDV方面对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);在LVEF、LVESV、LAD、NT-pro BNP、6MWT以及明尼苏达心力衰竭量表评分方面的对比上,观察组的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗后维持窦性心律比率、发生心力衰竭再住院率上,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在脑卒中发生率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在为持续性心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者选择治疗方案时,给予其射频消融治疗疗效更显著,有助于改善患者的心功能,提升其生存质量,其预后效果良好。Objective To explore the prognosis of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation combined with heart failure by radiofrequency ablation.Methods A total of 96 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation and heart failure admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 48 cases in each group.The control group received medication and the observation group received radiofrequency ablation.The admission time was from June 2018 to June 2020.Assess the differences in prognostic outcomes between the two groups of patients.Results After 6 months of treatment follow-up,there was no significant difference in LVEDV between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);comparison in LVEF,LVESV,LAD,NT-pro BNP,6MWT,and Minnesota Heart Failure Scale scores above,the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group was better than the control group in terms of maintaining sinus rhythm ratio and heart failure rehospitalization rate after treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of stroke(P>0.05).Conclusion When choosing a treatment plan for patients with persistent atrial fibrillation and heart failure,radiofrequency ablation is more effective,which can help improve the patient's cardiac function and improve the quality of life.The prognosis is good.
