新生儿感染早期血清降钙素原的诊断意义分析

摘  要:目的对在新生儿感染早期诊断中血清降钙素原的价值进行分析和研究。方法选择我院收治的30例临床确诊已经感染的新生儿作为研究对象,将其设置为感染组,另外选同期收治的30名健康新生儿作为健康组,对两组患儿的血液内血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白进行检测,对检测结果进行分析。结果健康组的降钙素原值为(0.50±0.10)ng/mL,C反应蛋白为(3.20±1.50)mg/L,感染组的降钙素原值为(6.00±0.80)ng/mL,C反应蛋白为(18.10±1.10)mg/L。感染组的降钙素原水平和C反应蛋白水平明显高于健康组,两组相比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。降钙素原的明显高于C反应蛋白,二者相比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。经过ROC曲线分析结果表明,降钙素原具有0.925的曲线下面积;C反应蛋白具有0.633的曲线下面积。降钙素原的曲线下面积明显高于C反应蛋白,二者相比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在新生儿感染的早期诊断中检测血清降钙素原具有十分重要的临床价值,有助于提升新生儿感染的临床诊断准确率。Objective To analyze and study the value of serum procalcitonin in the early diagnosis of neonatal infection.Methods Thirty cases of clinically confirmed infected newborns admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object,and they were set as the infection group.In addition,30 healthy newborns admitted during the same period were selected as the healthy group,and the blood serum calcium of the two groups of children was reduced.The original element and C-reactive protein are tested,and the test results are analyzed.Results The procalcitonin value of the healthy group was(0.50±0.10)ng/mL,the C-reactive protein was(3.20±1.50)mg/L,and the procalcitonin value of the infection group was(6.00±0.80)ng/mL,the C-reactive protein was(18.10±1.10)mg/L.The levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the infection group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Procalcitonin was significantly higher than C-reactive protein,and the difference between the two was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The ROC curve analysis results show that procalcitonin has an area under the curve of 0.925;C-reactive protein has an area under the curve of 0.633.The area under the curve of procalcitonin was significantly higher than that of C-reactive protein,and the difference between the two was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion The detection of serum procalcitonin in the early diagnosis of neonatal infection has important clinical value and helps to improve the clinical diagnostic accuracy of neonatal infection.
