摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤化疗专科护理对降低肿瘤化疗患者中心静脉置管感染的临床价值。方法选择2019年6月至2020年12月在本院接受治疗的60例肿瘤患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采取常规的临床护理干预,观察组患者采取肿瘤化疗专科护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果两组患者的并发症发生率分别为观察组1例(3.33%),对照组患者4例(13.33%),组间数据差异较大(P<0.05);两组患者在接受护理前的心理状态对比无明显差异(P>0.05),而观察组患者在接受护理后的焦虑及抑郁等不良情绪均得到了较好的改善效果,组间数据差异较大(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为29例(96.67%),明显高于对照组患者的25例(83.33%),组间数据差异较大(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤化疗专科护理对降低肿瘤化疗患者中心静脉置管感染的临床应用效果明显,可明显降低患者的并发症发生率。Objective To explore the clinical value of tumor chemotherapy specialist nursing in reducing central venous catheter infection in tumor chemotherapy patients.Methods A total of 60 cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected,they were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical nursing intervention,while the observation group received specialized nursing intervention of tumor chemotherapy.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the two groups were 1 case(3.33%)in the observation group and 4 cases(13.33%)in the control group respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the psychological state between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),but the anxiety,depression and other negative emotions of the observation group after nursing were better improved,and there was a big difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 29 cases(96.67%),which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 25 cases(83.33%),there was a big difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical application of tumor chemotherapy specialist nursing to reduce central venous catheter infection in patients with tumor chemotherapy,the incidence of complications is significantly reduced.
