延续性护理联合微信平台对肺肿瘤患者负性情绪、癌因性疲乏的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理联合微信平台对肺肿瘤患者负性情绪、癌因性疲乏的影响。方法以便利抽样法选取2020年2月至2021年2月我院收治的肺肿瘤患者为研究样本,随机分为参照组(150例,实施常规出院护理措施)与研究组(150例,实施延续性护理联合微信平台干预)。比较两组患者干预前后的SAS、SDS评分及RPFS量表各维度得分差异。结果干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分以及RPFS量表认知、情感、行为、躯体维度得分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预后两组患者SAS、SDS评分及RPFS量表各维度得分均下降,且研究组上述各指标均比参照组下降更低(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理联合微信平台应用于肺肿瘤患者可以有效缓解焦虑及抑郁等负性情绪,可改善患者化疗后的癌因性疲乏。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with WeChat platform on negative emotion and cancer-related fatigue in patients with lung tumors.Methods Using convenience sampling method,patients with lung tumors admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research samples,and they were randomly divided into a reference group(150 cases,implementing routine discharge care measures)and a research group(150 cases,implementation continuous nursing combined with WeChat platform intervention).The differences in the scores of SAS,SDS and RPFS scale before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients'SAS,SDS scores and RPFS scale's cognitive,emotional,behavioral,and physical dimension scores(P>0.05);after the intervention,the two groups of patients'SAS,SDS scores and RPFS scales were all decreased,and the above indicators of the research group decreased lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with WeChat platform applied to patients with lung tumors can effectively relieve anxiety and depression and other negative emotions,and can improve cancer-related fatigue after chemotherapy.
