摘　　要：目的对早期胃癌患者内镜黏膜下剥离术后心理焦虑的影响及护理对策进行探讨。方法从本院2019年12月至2020年12收治的早期胃癌患者中选择84例作为本次研究对象。采取焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者术后的焦虑情况进行评价,掌握影响患者焦虑情绪的因素,进而制定适宜的护理对策,提升患者预后效果,加速患者康复。结果患者心理焦虑主要影响因素包括自费治疗、未接受术前健康教育、术后出血及发热、疼痛评分≥4分、出现消化道反应、社会支持评分<39分(P<0.05)。结论早期胃癌患者内镜黏膜下剥离术后会因为身体损伤和心理压力导致患者容易出现心理焦虑的症状,影响因素主要包括自费治疗、未接受术前健康教育、术后出血及发热、疼痛评分≥4分、出现消化道反应、社会支持评分<39分,需要对患者加强健康教育与心理护理。Objective To discuss the influence of psychological anxiety of patients with early gastric cancer after endoscopic submucosal dissection and nursing countermeasures.Methods A total of 84 patients with early gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the object of this study.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was adopted to evaluate the postoperative anxiety of the patients,and to grasp the factors that affect the anxiety of the patients,and then formulate appropriate nursing strategies to improve the prognosis of the patients and accelerate the recovery of the patients.Results The main influencing factors of patients'psychological anxiety included self-financed treatment,not receiving preoperative health education,postoperative bleeding,postoperative visual analogue score greater than or equal to 4 points,gastrointestinal reactions,and social support score less than 39 points(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with early gastric cancer after endoscopic submucosal dissection will be prone to psychological anxiety symptoms due to physical injury and psychological stress.The influencing factors include self-financed treatment,not receiving preoperative health education,postoperative bleeding and fever,and pain score≥4 points,gastrointestinal reaction,and the social support score is less than 39 points,it is necessary to strengthen health education and psychological care for the patient.
