摘　　要：目的分析在为小儿过敏性紫癜患儿实施饮食护理服务的过程中PDCA的临床应用效果与价值。方法选取2017年3月至2020年3月在我院接受小儿过敏性紫癜治疗的患儿78例,将患儿随机均分为参与组(n=39)和研究组(n=39),参与组给予常规饮食护理,研究组在PDCA原则下行饮食护理,对比分析两组患儿的护理效果。结果两组患儿相比,在尿蛋白、关节肿痛、皮肤瘀斑、腹痛消失时间以及护理满意度和复发率等情况上均存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA的运用可以缩短患儿尿蛋白、关节肿痛、皮肤瘀斑、腹痛的消失时间,提高了患儿与家长对于护理服务的满意程度,减少了复发情况的出现,临床推广与应用价值理想且显著。Objective To analyze the clinical application effect and value of PDCA in the process of implementing dietary care services for children with allergic purpura.Methods A total of 78 children who were treated for pediatric allergic purpura in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected.The children were randomly divided into the participating group(n=39)and the research group(n=39).The participating group was given routine diet care.The research group was in PDCA,the principle was to follow the diet nursing,and compare and analyze the nursing effect of the two groups of children.Results Compared with the two groups,there were significant differences in urine protein,joint swelling and pain,skin ecchymosis,abdominal pain disappearance time,nursing satisfaction and recurrence rate,etc.,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA can shorten the disappearance time of urinary protein,joint swelling and pain,skin ecchymosis,and abdominal pain in children,improve the satisfaction of children and parents with nursing services,reduce the occurrence of recurrence,and clinical promotion and application value Ideal and remarkable.
